How G1 Practice handles information. No accounts. Progress stays on your device.
Summary
G1 Practice does not ask you to create an account. Practice progress, missed questions, and mock history stay in your browser (localStorage).
Information we store on this device
- Practice and mock progress
- A local review queue of missed questions
- A random session id used only to group quiz events
We do not see the contents of your localStorage.
Information we store on our servers
Anonymous quiz events (question id, topic, mode, correct or incorrect, and a random session id) are written to our Cloudflare D1 database. These events do not include your name, email, or IP as an identifier.
Analytics
In production the site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-MCPBTMTG9N) after the page is idle. Google may set cookies such as _ga to measure visits. We do not send your name or email to Google.
Anonymous quiz events (question id, topic, mode, correct or incorrect, and a random session id) are separate. They are written to our Cloudflare D1 database, not to Google Analytics.
What we do not collect
- Name, email, or password
- Payment details
- Official test scores
Cookies
The practice app itself does not require login cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies in production as described above.
